Mysql den postgresql ye geçebiliyor muyuz?

Ben MyBB kurulumu için sadece MySQL ve MySQLImproved geçerli diye biliyordum.

Ama nedense ne yabancılarda ne bizdekiler de kullanan gördüm.
PGSQL çok iyi diye övmelerine rağmen çoğu yer de kullanana rastlamadım
